How long does shipping take?

Shipping with a local courier typically takes between 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities are often faster, while remote or rural areas may take a bit longer. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and delivery times are estimates based on typical conditions.

How long does it take to customize and repair a device?

Our lead time typically ranges from three (3) to ten (10) working days. The exact timeframe depends on the complexity of the project, the volume of current orders, and any external factors such as material availability or client approvals. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

What happens to removed parts when I choose the send-in option?

Upon completion of the service, all components removed from your device will be carefully packaged and returned to you along with your device.

How long is my device covered by warranty and how does the warranty work?

Your standard warranty lasts 10 days. If you experience any issues with your controller during the warranty period, please email support@mods.ph with your order number and a description of the problem. If the warranty period has expired, please email us and we will provide you with a repair quote.

Do you accept fake controllers and custom device firmware?

We do not customize fake devices or those with custom firmware.
