1. Custom Orders

We specialize in custom-built game controllers and consoles. Each item is made to order based on your selected design or service. Because of this, we do not accept changes or cancellations once production has started.

2. Processing and Shipping

Production time varies depending on the complexity of your customization. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. Shipping times depend on your location, and delays may occur due to couriers, holidays, or delivery to remote areas, these are outside our control. We do not accept deliveries through express delivery via apps (such as Grab or Lalamove) or in-person drop-offs under any circumstances.

3. Pre-Order Notice

Some items may be available for pre-order. In rare cases, a pre-ordered item may become unavailable or discontinued. If this happens, we will reach out to help you choose a replacement item of equal value. Refunds are not provided for discontinued pre-order items.

4. Payments

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment details, and available payment methods may vary by region.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a clear defect. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within three (3) days of receiving your item. Please send your concern to support@mods.ph and include your order number, clear photos, and a short video showing the issue. This helps us assess the situation quickly and accurately. Approved cases will be handled individually, and we will provide further instructions based on the specific situation.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate customization details and shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for production or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

7. Device Policy

We do not accept fake, clone, or modified devices (e.g., with custom firmware). Devices that are damaged, incompatible, or no longer repairable may be rejected. If a device is rejected, it will be returned to you at your expense.

8. Website Use and Agreement

By using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not continue using the site or services. We may update these terms without notice, so we recommend reviewing them regularly, especially before placing a new order.
